Abstract

This thesis deals with the Balanced Scorecard and the goal is designing key performance inidcators in the manufacturing enterprise. Theoretical and methodological part of the theoretical basis for defining the concept of performance and different approach to measuring performance. In the second chapter is characterized the company first, which manufactures bycicles and then describe the steps leading to the design of key performance indicators. On the basis of the results a new reporting system and use the winning key performance idicators was defined.
