Abstract

Master thesis is dealing with the structural design of hydraulic exit slit positioning of jaw crusher which will be used primarily in crushing of aggregates quarries. This building will be conducted by two linear motors together with adjusting wedges. This proposal is also design fit the bottom of movable jaw. The sponsor also had a requirement to model design in Pro ENGINEER Wildfire 3.0. All components are designed based on specified parameters. Drawings in the range 2 x A1 is created in graphical system AutoCAD and Inventor. The model is created in Pro ENGINEER. All calculations are performed according to the literature or using those programs.
