Modernizace výroby pistolových zásobníků

Abstract

This thesis deals with pistol magazines used for short firearms; its first part contains a general analysis of pistol magazines, which is followed in the second part by a description of the current state of production of pistol magazines at Česká zbrojovka, a. s. In the practical section, the author of this thesis analyses a proposal for modernization of the pistol magazine manufacturing process with a focus on molding of magazine body as the most important functional component of the magazine assembly. Therefore, the thesis contains a detailed analysis of a multi-stage molding tool enabling possible merging of a large number of operations from simple molding tools presently used for magazine body manufacturing. A technical and economic evaluation is provided at the end of the thesis in order to determine the economic benefits. In order to preserve business confidential information, all numeric values provided in the technical and economic evaluation are multiplied by a certain coefficient, because it is sensitive internal information and know-how belonging to Česká zbrojovka, a. s.
