Vibrační dehydrátor

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem konstrukčního řešení vibračního dehydrátoru v oblasti třídění černého uhlí. Úvodní kapitola obsahuje základní rozdělení vibračních třídičů a jejich popis fungování. V následujících kapitolách se navrhuje štěrbinové síto a jeho třídící plocha. Toto řešení má přínos ve zvětšení třídící plochy a tím zvyšuje efektivitu v odvodňování. Výpočtová část obsahuje návrh vibračního pohonu stroje a jeho uložení. Součástí diplomové práce je i výkresová dokumentace.

Master thesis deals with the suggestion of the design solution of the vibrating dehydrator in the area of sorting black coal. The introductory chapter contains the basic dividing of the vibrating screens and the description of their running. A slotted wedge wire screen and a sorting area are introduced and described in the following chapters. The solution that is introduced has the benefit of increasing the sorting area and thus greater efficiency in dewatering. The computation part contains the suggestion of the vibration propulsion of the machine and its saving. The master thesis also includes the drawing documentation.
