Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with a design of new production technology for a selected component. In a introductory part is characterized component and outlined the problematics of the machining complex components. Follows choice of a suitable machining machine with optimally chosen a technological proces, where based on the technological proces are selected a machining tools with suitable cutting conditions. With using measurement they are subsequently specify suitable cutting conditions for achievement prescribed requirements of customer. In a finally part is done technological and economic evaluation with respect to calculation of machine times and the cost-effectiveness of the machining process on the chosen machine.
