Návrh a ověření funkčnosti leštícího nástroje pro stroj EMCO T120

Abstract

Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout a vyrobit leštící nástroj pro leštění materiálů. Ověření bude provedeno na součásti (vzorku) vyrobené na obráběcím stroji CNC EMCOturn T120, který je vybaven řídicím systémem MIKROPROG.t

V úvodní části se práce zabývá problematikou leštění, jako jedné z dokončovacích metod úpravy povrchu, s následnou charakteristikou ostatních způsobů. Dále je popsána technologie výroby součásti (vzorku) a držáku nástroje, včetně použitých strojů a nástrojů.

Závěrem práce je zhodnocení průběhu výroby leštícího nástroje, ověření funkčnosti a možnosti využití pro daný stroj - CNC EMCO T120.

The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to design and produce a polishing tool for polishing different types of materials. Verification will be done on components (samples) made on CNC machine EMCOturn, which is equipped with MIKROPROG control system.

In the introductory part the thesis deals with polishing as one of the finishing methods of surface treatment, with the subsequent characterization of other methods. The technology of component (s) production and tool holder, including used machines and tools, is described.

The conclusion of the thesis is the evaluation of the production process of the polishing tool, verification of functionality and potential for use for the given machine - CNC EMCO T120
