Abstract
The theme of this thesis is Balanced Scorecard Method Implementation. I have chosen a company ARG s.r.o. that sells and services cars Peugeot. The main point was to propose a new system of measuring corporate performance using Balanced Scorecard. The thesis consists of three parts. The first part includes theoretical progress borrowed from specialized literature. The second part includes a description of company ARG s.r.o.. In the third part I have depicted each perspectives of the BSC of the company and a financial analysis. On the basic of these analyses I defined objectives of the company ARG s.r.o. and their indicators. Then I depicted values of indicators and recommended strategic actions which are necessary to achieve strategic objectives.
