Technická diagnostika vakuových vývěv

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is dealing with tribological diagnostic of vacuum pump oil charge. In the beginning of the paper, vacuum in general, vacuum technology, tribology and company which deal with vacuum technology are presented. In next chapters, bachelor thesis explains service analysis, analysis of situation when oil charge leaking appears from reservoir chamber of vacuum pump or measurements and tests which indicate detect machine uptime losses. Beside that, tribological methods used for oil examples analysis are explained. At the end of the thesis, the results of tribological measurements are processed and evaluated.
