Návrh pracovní stolice na historické motocyklové motory

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a work and test bench for motorcycle engines belonging to the historical collection of the Moravian-Silesian region. In the first part of the work, I conducted a market research of similar devices. Subsequently, I get acquainted with the types of engine storage from the collection and compile specific requirements, including parameters, which the designed device should meet. In the following chapter, I made variant stool designs, from which I chose the most suitable one. I further specifically describe and specify it. The result of this work is a complete design of the work and test bench for the power units of historic motorcycles. The designed device is simple to manufacture, but at the same time very versatile. My design is based on strength calculations, simulations in MKP analysis and drawing documentation.
