Racionalizace technologie obrábění těla snímače

Abstract

The Bachelor thesis is dealing with the rationalisation of machining sensor body technology. The current state of the manufacturing technology, including the technological procedure of the used tools and devices, is described in the first part of the thesis. The main theme of the Bachelor thesis is the draft of new technology machining the body sensors in company MESIT machining, Ltd. The rationalisation involves a complex proposal for a new technology, the technological process of related tools and machines and machines programs. Furthermore we compare the technical and economical benefits of the proposed solution. The aim of the rationalisation is to reduce the production costs, saving machine time and overall simplification and improvement of production.
