Měření výkonnosti podniku pomocí metody Balanced Scorecard

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení současné situace společnosti SEMO a. s. pomocí metody Balanced Scorecard a určit návrhy a doporučení vhodné pro zlepšení výkonnosti. V teoreticko-metodologické části bude definována výkonnost podniku a postupy měření výkonnosti. V další části bude definována metoda Balanced Scorecard se zaměřením na jednotlivé čtyři perspektivy této metody. Praktická část práce pak bude zaměřena na analýzy jednotlivých perspektiv. Závěrečná část bude tvořena návrhem možné implementace metody Balanced Scorecard v daném podniku.

The aim of the diploma thesis is evaluate the current situation of the company SEMO a. s. using the Balanced Scorecard method and identify suggestion and recommendations suitable for improving performance. In the theoretical – methodological part will be defined of performance and performance measurement procedures. In the next part will be defined Balanced Scorecard method with focuse on individual perspectives of this method. The practical part of the thesis will be focused on the analysis in individual four perpectives. The final part will consist of a proposal for the possible implementation of the Balanced Scorecard method in the company.
