Abstract
In the bachelor thesis I deal with the mathematical simulation of 3D extrusion forming material in a tool for prototype device DRECE using the software Simufact Forming. Then by evaluating and comparing the achieved results mathematical simulation with experiments.
In the first part is an analysis of currently used programs for mathematical simulation. Then overview of current knowledge with devices CONFORM and DRECE and their mutual comparison. The next section was performed a mathematical simulation of the DRECE process in the program Simufact Forming and subsequent analysis of the influence the number of passes on magnitude intensity of deformation and stress intensity. There were also evaluated mechanical and metallurgical tests. In conclusion the results were compared to experimental and software process and to implement the overall evaluation.
