Vliv korupce na ekonomický růst zemí OECD

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na ověření platnosti hypotézy o negativním vlivu korupce na ekonomický růst třiceti čtyř členských států OECD za období let 2000-2011. Požadovaného cíle bude dosaženo prostřednictvím odborné literatury a načerpání informací z empirických prací. Konkrétně za použití několika metod, a tedy abstrakce, analýzy, modelování a dedukce, přičemž lze za stěžejní metodu v případě ekonometrické analýzy a modelování považovat vícenásobnou regresní analýzu realizovanou pomocí metody nejmenších čtverců. Dalšími použitými metodami v rámci analýzy jsou metody deskriptivní, komparativní a korelační analýzy. Na základě dosažených výsledků ekonometrického modelu byla ceteris paribus potvrzena ekonomická hypotéza o negativním vlivu korupce na úroveň dlouhodobého ekonomického růstu.

This diploma thesis is focused on the validation of hypotheses about negative the influence of corruption on economic growth of thirty-four member states of the OECD for the period 2000-2011. The desired aim will be achieved through professional literature and gather information from empirical studies. Specifically, using several methods, and therefore abstraction, analysis, modeling and inference, while multiple regression analysis conducted using the method of least squares is considered to be the most important one. Other methods used in the analysis are the methods of descriptive, comparative and correlation analysis. Based on the results of an econometric model was ceteris paribus economic confirmed the hypothesis about the negative impact of corruption on the level of long-term economic growth.
