Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze a system of employee education and development system in a chosen organization and according to the obtained results is to suggest appropriate recommendations to improve the current system. This thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and the second part is practical. In the theoretical part was necessary to study a professional literature. They are analyzed in detail each cycle phase of education, more attention was devoted to methods of education. In this part the methodology used is also included. The second part deals with an analysis of employee education and development system in a chosen organization, which is a municipal authority for this thesis. Analysis is carried out by questionnaire survey and interview. The obtained results confirmed the education system is working very well, but it was found out some weaknesses too. After that there are finally mentioned recommendations based on analysis, which could help to improve current system in this organization. It was suggested especially to create individual employee development plan, deepening the evaluation of educational activities and implementation of the required methods and courses.
