Abstract

NÁDVORNÍKOVÁ, Gabriela. Návrh skladu humanitární pomoci. Ostrava, 2026, 76 s. Diplomová práce. VŠB – Technická univerzita Ostrava, Fakulta bezpečnostního inženýrství. Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou humanitární pomoci se zaměřením na logistické zabezpečení a skladování pomoci při mimořádných událostech. V teoretické části je zpracována rešerše odborné literatury a legislativy vztahující se k humanitární pomoci, krizovému řízení a logistickému zabezpečení humanitárních operací. Analytická část práce je zaměřena na analýzu a deskripci vybraných skladů humanitární pomoci působících v České republice, zejména v Olomouckém kraji, včetně jejich organizace, skladových prostor, evidence materiálu a způsobu poskytování pomoci a analýzu a deskripci vybraných skladů v zahraničí. Na základě získaných poznatků je v praktické části navržen model skladu humanitární pomoci využitelného při mimořádných událostech, jehož cílem je zefektivnění logistického zabezpečení humanitární pomoci a distribuce materiálu obyvatelstvu postiženému mimořádnou situací.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of humanitarian aid with a focus on logistical support and the storage of aid during emergencies. The theoretical part includes a literature review and an overview of legislation related to humanitarian aid, crisis management and the logistical support of humanitarian operations. The analytical part of the thesis focuses on the analysis and description of selected humanitarian aid warehouses operating in the Czech Republic, particularly in the Olomouc Region, including their organization, storage facilities, inventory management and methods of providing assistance, as well as the analysis and description of selected warehouses abroad. Based on the findings, the practical part proposes a model of a humanitarian aid warehouse intended for use during emergencies. The aim of the proposal is to improve the logistical support of humanitarian aid and the distribution of material assistance to populations affected by extraordinary incident.
