Hodnocení vlivu úrovně kompetentnosti manažera na úspěšnost podnikatelského subjektu

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je hodnocení vlivu úrovně kompetentnosti manažera na úspěšnost podnikatelského subjektu. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny základní pojmy, které jsou spojeny s tématem této diplomové práce. Součástí této části jsou i kritéria hodnocení vlivu úrovně řídící kompetentnosti manažera na úspěšnost podniku. V praktické části je uvedeno hodnocení zjištěných výsledků. Manažer byl hodnocen pomocí auditních dotazníků jak ze strany podřízených, tak i nadřízených. Auditní dotazníky byly aplikovány na čtyři okruhy hodnocení. Jedná se o okruh Cíle, Odchylky, Potenciály a Výstupy. Součástí této části je i korelační analýza, která se zabývá vzájemným vztahem mezi negativně hodnocenými oblastmi. Na závěr této diplomové práce jsou navrženy možnosti řešení, které by mohly vést ke zvýšení vlivu úrovně kompetentnosti manažera na úspěšnost podnikatelského subjektu.

The aim of this diploma thesis is evaluating the impact of managerial competence level on the success of a business unit. The theoretical part includes basic concepts, which are connected with the topic of this diploma thesis. This part also includes the criteria of the evaluating impact of managerial competence level on the success of a business unit. The manager was evaluated by the audit questionnaires from subordinates and superiors. The questionnaires were applied in four evaluated circuits. It is the Goals, Deviations, Potentials and Outputs circuit. This part also includes correlation analysis, which explores correlation between the negative evaluated areas. At the end of this diploma thesis are proposed possible solutions that could lead to an increase in the impact of managerial competence level on the success of a business unit.
