Abstract

The Bachelor thesis deals with the construction design of a treadle track trolley for tourists. At first was evaluated trolleys design solutions already existing and personal ideas. On the basis of the evaluation one of the construction ways was chosen, followed by construction solutions of the trolley. The solution includes frame of the trolley, way of changing the driving direction of the trolley, wheel set construction, construction and housing of the brakes. After designing the construction, the parameters of the trolley are used for determining the drive and gear ratio. Some parts of the trolley were controlled by already known load values. In conclusion are summarizes properties of the trolley and maintenance recommendations. The enclosure contains an assembly drawing of the trolleys.
