Abstract

Thesis deals with the possibility of robotic weld deposition using additive technology - WAAM. The theoretical part provides an overview of additive technologies especially WAAM which is used in the practical part. Another area of the theoretical part is arc welding and surfacing by method 135 and a description of the non-destructive methods. The practical part deals with the production of the component. The first part is about dividing sample into two parts and the welding strategy was determined, then the component blank was made using WAAM technology. The conclusion of the work is devoted to verifying the occurrence of defects using non-destructive testing.
