Využití metody Kaizen a její aplikace ve výrobě

Abstract

The aim of master thesis is the successful introduction of the Kaizen method in production, which involves analyzing production cycle times, workflows and the entire production process. One of the reasons to implement the Kaizen method is to increase productivity of production line and to avoid purchasing next production line. The first part of master thesis is theoretical and contains all necessary information used in thesis. The second part of the thesis is practical and aims to analyze of the current status of the production line. Based on gathered information solutions will be suggested to improve the production line.
