Vliv středního napětí na životnost těles při valivém kontaktu v elasticko-plastické oblasti

Abstract

This thesis deals with the determination of the contact fatigue life of the steel flange, after which the cylinder rolls, which is pressed against a constant force. The object was to determined the solution in contact fatigue life of the steel flange. Analysis of the distribution of stress and strain conditions around the contact roller with flange was performed using finite element method. These calculation was used for determining the number of cycles to initiation of fatigue micro cracks. Attention is paid to multiaxial low-cycle fatigue.
