Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with safety and health protection at work in a primary school canteen. The theoretical part describes the legal framework of occupational health and safety, the specifics of the working environment of school canteens and the basic ty-pes of occupational risks. In the practical part, the risks of selected activities are identified for a selected school canteen and evaluated using the simple point method (JBM). The output is a practical guide for school canteen managers, a proposal for a safety leaflet for the machine, and a proposal for digitizing occupational accident reports.
