Návrh výroby dávkovacího pouzdra podavače

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem výroby dávkovacího pouzdra podavače. V úvodu je stručně představena společnost a dávkovací zařízení. Následně je rozebrána funkce pouzdra, původní materiál a příčiny jeho poškození. Poté je navrženo nové materiálové řešení a upravena geometrie drážek s ohledem na požadavky dávkování. Dále je zpracován technologický postup výroby včetně výpočtu strojních časů. Nakonec jsou navržené varianty porovnány z hlediska časové a finanční náročnosti.

This master’s thesis focuses on the design of a feeder dispensing sleeve. First, the company and the dispensing device are briefly introduced. Then, the function of the sleeve, the original material, and the reasons for its damage are described. A new material is proposed, and the shape of the grooves is changed to meet the dispensing requirements. Next, the manufacturing process is described, including the calculation of machining times. Finally, the proposed options are compared in terms of time and cost.
