Deformační chování hořčíkové slitiny AZ31

Abstract

LÁNÍK, Jindřich. Deformation Behavior of AZ31 Magnesium Alloy. Ostrava, 2024, Master’s Thesis. Ostrava: VSB – Technical university of Ostrava, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Department of Mechanical Technology. Thesis supervisor: Ing. Ondřej Hilšer,Ph.D. The master's thesis is focused on the analysis of the influence of temperature and deformation rate during upsetting on the behavior, microstructure, and mechanical properties of the AZ31 magnesium alloy. Temperatures of 250 ֯C, 300 ֯C, 350 ֯C, 400 °C and deformation rates of 0.01 s-1, 0.1 s-1, 1 s-1, and 10 s-1 were used for the evaluation. The behavior of the alloy was analyzed using data obtained from a strain gauge sensor. The microstructure was analyzed by evaluating the grain size, and the mechanical properties were assessed using the Vickers hardness test.
