Abstract
The thesis deals with the design of the steam heater at the developed steam generator for WtE with elimination of chloride corrosion, which has been developed by VŠB–TUO. The theoretical part focuses on the thermal treatment of waste with a more detailed description of the grate furnaces. Further, this part deals with WtE, including the description of energy efficiency and chloride corrosion. The conclusion of the theoretical part includes the description of the evolving expansion steam generator. The practical part contains the scheme of the connection of the steam heater for a new concept, where the steam temperature regulation is also drawn. In addition, there are described the variants for the evacuated condensate from the steam heater which the schemes refer to. The second part deals with the choice of the steam heater concept and also the calculation of this concept. The construction of the steam heater is illustrated in the drawing documentation.
