dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá měřením, analýzou a vyhodnocením technického stavu tří výrobních strojů Multilathe. Jedná se o vysokootáčková obráběcí centra, která jsou ve společnosti Česká zbrojovka a.s. využívána pro výrobu dřevěných pažeb střelných zbraní. Pro zjištění technického stavu byla využita metoda bezdemontážní technické diagnostiky konkrétně vibrodiagnostiky. Měření se provádělo přístrojem Adash A4400 VA4 Pro a vyhodnocení bylo provedeno v softwaru Virtual Unit VA4Pro. V závěru práce jsou porovnány velikosti vibrací strojů pro lepší orientaci v jejich technickém stavu.cs
dc.description.abstractThe master thesis deals with detection, analysis and evaluation technical conditions of the three Multilathe production machines. It is a high-speed machine centers that are in the company of Ceska zbrojovka a.s. used for production gunstocks firearms. To determine the technical condition was used non-invasive metod, specifically vibrodiagnostic. For detection of the technical condition was used Adash A4400 VA4 Pro and evaluation were performed in software Virtual Unit VA4Pro. Finally, we compared the magnitude of vibration of the machines for better understanding of their technical condition.en
