Biomechanika - Zevní fixátor pro léčbu zlomenin ruky

Abstract

Master thesis is dealing with construction design and strength analysis of simple external fixator for bone fractures of distal radius and adjacent small bones of hand. The thesis is solved in cooperation with doctors from faculty hospital of Ostrava. Theoretical part concisely introduces reader with issues regarding bone fractures and external fixation. Practical part of thesis is dealing with fixator design and his control. Requirements put on the new fixator are hand formability and curability, furthermore, lowering of initial costs and possibly simplifica-tion of use of fixator should be achieved. Designed fixator is subjected to numerical simula-tion of three-point bending test with the aim of comparing results with planned experiment.
