Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the calculation of a bent belt conveyor for crushed waste, specifically for the transport of cardboard packaging intended for crushing. The main goal of this work is the design of the entire bent belt conveyor according to the specified transport quantity and length parameters. The first and at the same time introductory part focuses on research on bent belt conveyors. The second part of the work deals with the actual calculations and the design of the conveyor and the detailed solution of the covering at the fold. After individual calculations, individual parts of the conveyor, including the drive, were selected and designed. Based on the calculations of the individual components, a model of the bent belt conveyor was created in the Autodesk Inventor 2023 program.
