The aim of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate a technological procedure for the implementation of floor constructions of an apartment building. The technological procedure is designed on building without cellar, that have three above ground floors, it´s made of POROTHERM masonry system and on the top is covered with a flat roof.
The Part of this thesis is also an itemized budget of floor constructions, time schedule of work, thermal-technical assessment of the floor with relation to the level of the ground and project documentation in the stage - project for building permit.
Within the project there are designed two types of the floors. First one is the floors designed in relation to the level of the ground and the second type represents the floors which are designed for the second and third above ground floors. The compositions of floors are designed in consideration to assumed load and everyday usage of the floors in each rooms in the building, then to thermal isolation properties according to ČSN 73 0540 - 2:2011 [13], also to esthetical and maintenance requirements. All these features are ensured by the usage of the suitable and the high quality materials and the right technological process as well.
