Abstract

CHYLEK, T. Technologický postup pro provádění podlahových konstrukcí bytového domu ve Vřesině: bakalářská práce. Ostrava: VŠB – Technická univerzita Ostrava, 2019 Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracovat technologický postup pro provádění podlahových konstrukcí bytového domu. Jedná se o nepodsklepenou budovu o třech nadzemních podlažích, realizovanou ze zdícího systému POROTHERM a zastřešená plochou střechou. Součástí bakalářské práce je také položkový rozpočet podlahových konstrukcí, časový harmonogram prací, tepelně-technické posouzení podlahy vztahem k terénu a projektová dokumentace ve stádiu – projekt pro stavební povolení. V rámci projektu jsou navrženy dva typy podlah. Podlahy na terénu a podlahy pro druhé a třetí nadzemní podlaží. Jednotlivé podlahové konstrukce se od sebe liší provedením nášlapné vrstvy podle účelu místnosti. Skladby podlah jsou navrženy s ohledem na předpokládané zatížení a provoz v místnostech, tepelněizolačních vlastností dle normy ČSN 73 0540 - 2:2011 [13], dále na estetiku a jejich údržbu. Veškeré tyto atributy jsou zajištěny použitím vhodných a kvalitních materiálů při správném technologickém postupu.

Ostrava: VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, 2019 The aim of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate a technological procedure for the implementation of floor constructions of an apartment building. The technological procedure is designed on building without cellar, that have three above ground floors, it´s made of POROTHERM masonry system and on the top is covered with a flat roof. The Part of this thesis is also an itemized budget of floor constructions, time schedule of work, thermal-technical assessment of the floor with relation to the level of the ground and project documentation in the stage - project for building permit. Within the project there are designed two types of the floors. First one is the floors designed in relation to the level of the ground and the second type represents the floors which are designed for the second and third above ground floors. The compositions of floors are designed in consideration to assumed load and everyday usage of the floors in each rooms in the building, then to thermal isolation properties according to ČSN 73 0540 - 2:2011 [13], also to esthetical and maintenance requirements. All these features are ensured by the usage of the suitable and the high quality materials and the right technological process as well.
