The bachelor thesis deals with methods of measuring geometric deviations in additive production. The theoretical part contains an overview of standards for measuring and evaluating geometric tolerances, an overview of methods for measuring additive production and an introduction to various methods of tactile and non-contact 3D measurement. A 3D model of a gear pump was created for the experimental part, which was produced using 3D printing technology in the Protolab 3D Printing Center VŠB-TU Ostrava and subsequently measured production deviations on the gear wheel and drive shaft in the laboratory VŠB-TU Ostrava, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Department of Machining, Assembly and engineering metrology. The result of the bachelor's thesis was a comparison of measurements on a three-coordinate measuring machine WENZEL LH 65 X3M with an optical head SHAPETRACER II and HandySCAN BLACK.
