The thesis consists of these parts: 1. a building part 2. a building termal technology 3. a sanitary equipment - a suggestion of the house water plumbing with the solar power 4. a rating of the daylight. The thesis implements the thermal requirements. The energy intensity matches the category B. The building responds the requirements for daylight given by standard. The thesis consists of seventy pages.
