Diplomová práce řeší stavebně technické řešení novostavby domu s pečovatelskou službou – pro dokumentaci pro provádění staveb, diplomová práce obsahuje tyto části: 1. stavební část 2. stavební tepelnou technika 3. zdravotně technické instalace – návrh vnitřního vodovodu s podporou solárního zařízení 4. posouzení denního osvětlení Diplomová práce splňuje tepelně technické požadavky, energetická náročnost budovy odpovídá kategorií B. Budova splňuje požadavky na denní osvětlení dané normou. Počet stran diplomové práce je 70.

The thesis is focused on the constructive technical solving of the new day care building for documentation required for implementation buildings. The thesis consists of these parts: 1. a building part 2. a building termal technology 3. a sanitary equipment - a suggestion of the house water plumbing with the solar power 4. a rating of the daylight. The thesis implements the thermal requirements. The energy intensity matches the category B. The building responds the requirements for daylight given by standard. The thesis consists of seventy pages.
