Abstract

Efforts to revive the moribund part of the cities, the use of its surfaces and unused area is the main reason to dedicate the issues and find solutions that would allow reasonably dispose of the areas that the city has to offer. The subject of the thesis is the design of buildings of the former premises of CSAD, who after many years fell into disrepair and was currently unused. The proposal, whether at the stage of concept, or as a final project must take account of the many input factors that specify the area and impose specific demands for future use. The work is addressed in the scope of the study, which addresses the urban, architectural, operational, and typological inclusion object to existing buildings and at the same time the economic aspect of the project. The solution is designed as a variant with a more detailed solution more suitable Variant. The studies is also part of the solution to the static Transport and create a lack of barriers for persons with reduced mobility. The work tries to solve the fundamental problems and pitfalls of the site as possible in the most efficient manner.
