Abstract

Snaha o oživení skomírajících částí měst, využití jejích ploch a nevyužívaných areálu je hlavním důvodem, proč se věnovat dané problematice a hledat řešení, jenž by umožnilo rozumně nakládat s plochami, která město nabízí. Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh zástavby bývalého areálu ČSAD, který po dlouhá léta chátral a byl nevyužíván. Návrh, ať už ve fázi koncepce nebo jako výsledný projekt musí zohlednit mnoho vstupních hledisek, která specifikují danou oblast a kladou specifické nároky na budoucí využití. Práce je řešena v rozsahu studie, jenž řeší urbanistické, architektonické, provozní a typologické začlenění objektu do stávající zástavby a zároveň ekonomické hledisko projektu. Řešení je koncipováno jako variantní s podrobnějším řešením vhodnější varianty. Součástí studie je rovněž řešení statické dopravy a vytvoření bezbariérovosti pro osoby s omezenou schopností pohybu a orientace. Daná práce se snaží vyřešit zásadní problémy a úskalí dané lokality co možná nejefektivnějším způsobem.

The subject of the thesis is the design of buildings of the former premises of CSAD, who after many years fell into disrepair and was currently unused. The proposal, whether at the stage of concept, or as a final project must take account of the many input factors that specify the area and impose specific demands for future use. The work is addressed in the scope of the study, which addresses the urban, architectural, operational, and typological inclusion object to existing buildings and at the same time the economic aspect of the project. The solution is designed as a variant with a more detailed solution more suitable Variant. The studies is also part of the solution to the static Transport and create a lack of barriers for persons with reduced mobility. The work tries to solve the fundamental problems and pitfalls of the site as possible in the most efficient manner.
