Abstract

My bachelor's thesis deals with the design of technology for semi-finished goods production. The first part of the thesis includes a description of the material from which the semi-finished goods are made, as well as a description of the tensile test and samples for it. This is followed by a description of groups of cutting materials, tool materials, and methods of clamping on the milling machine. In the second part, three technologies are proposed along with the machines, tools, general production procedures, and methods of clamping the semi-finished product. The third part of the thesis provides a technical-economic evaluation of the proposed technologies. In conclusion, the most suitable method of semi-finished goods production is stated.
