Návrh obchodní strategie strojírenského podniku

Abstract

Business strategy enables companies to define a product, which the firm will offer to its customers to satisfy their needs. This is also related to pricing, defining markets and distribution channels and the choice of suitable comunnication tools. Business strategy is a part of strategic management and is reflected in both short and long term development of the company. The aim of the thesis is to suggest a business strategy of an engineering company. The partical part describes the characteristics of the company HOBES, s. r. o., which is mainly focused on manufacturing mortice locks and evalution of the current business strategy. The fundanmental methods are financial analysis, SWOT analysis, Porter's five forces model and portfolio analysis, which are applied in this thesis. In clonclusion, recommendations, which the company can use in the context of business strategy, are defined.
