Návrh kalibračního stroje

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá konstrukčními návrhy kalibrovacího stroje pro mezioperaci vlnovců při výrobě. Práce také obsahuje rešerši, která pojednává o procesu výroby vlnovců, vlastnostech vlnovců a uplatnění vlnovců. Veškeré vstupní informace, podmínky, poklady poskytla firma Witzenmann Opava, s.r.o., kde firma je zároveň i zadavatelem bakalářské práce. Z konstrukčních návrhu si firma vybrala jeden návrh. Vybraný návrh je podložen pevnostními výpočty. Na závěr práce je návrh podroben MKP analýze prostřednictvím CAD softwaru.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of calibration machine for the intermediate operation of bellows during production. The work also contains a search that discusses the process of production of bellows, the properties of bellows and the application of bellows. All input information, conditions, treasures were provided by the company Witzenmann Opava, s.r.o. where the company is also the client of the bachelor's thesis. The company chose one design from the design proposals. The selected design is based on strength calculations. At the end of the work the design is subjected to FEM analysis using CAD software.
