Měření spokojenosti studentů s oborem Andragogika

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with student satisfaction measurement with study programme of Andragogy at University of Ostrava. The goal of the thesis was to determine satisfaction with the most important subject of study programme and also to set importance, which students assign to individual factors. The thesis is divided in particular chapters, which characterize study programme of Andragogy at University of Ostrava and describe theoretical basis of satisfaction analysis. Field part consists set hypothesis and basic outcomes of data analysis. There were set Customer Satisfaction Index by segmentation characteristics of respondents and also analyzed satisfaction with partial factors by year of study. The output of data analysis is a collection of suggestions and recommendations.
