Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with communication with the public in major state organization Správa železnic operating in the railway transport sector. The theoretical part focuses on the characteristics of railway transport in Czech Republic, the presentation of activities of the Správa železnic and the importance of Public Relations in these organizations. With the help of research methods, an analysis of communication with is elaborated in the practical part and based on their results, possible optimization procedures in this area subsequently proposed.
