Potenciál využití optimalizace výrobních procesů

Abstract

This master thesis deals with utilization potential of production processes optimization in manufacturing engineering company Skrat kovo ltd. The goal of this work was to modernize the company’s machinery and to design CNC lathe machine and CNC milling machine, which would suit the company’s parameters best. After optimizing production processes it was necessary to check the capacity of the machines. The theoretical part of the thesis includes materials from literary sources that concern simulation of production processes and Witness software, in which the simulation was made. The analysis of the current state of the company Skrat kovo ltd. is described in the practical part, which also includes the design of CNC machine centres and general optimization of production based on the results of the analysis and the company’s internal data.
