Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with quality of services provided by mobile operators in the Czech Republic, namely companies Vodafone, T-Mobile and Telefónica O2. The theoretical part explains the difference between customer satisfaction and loyalty. The next part deals with the microenvironment, mezooenvironment macroenvironment and mobile operators. The practical part assesses respondents' satisfaction with the services of mobile operators.
