Abstract
The topic of my Bachelor thesis is „The System of Employee Remuneration in Selected Organization“. The aim of my thesis is
to propose improvements based on an analysis of the current situation in remuneration system of selected organization . The first part is based on theoretical sources listed basic forms of employee wages and benefits, the terms total remuneration and the relationship between evaluation and remuneration. The theoretical part
is structured in relation to specific compensation practices in joint-stock company SOFTWARE, a. s. to analyze the second part, practical. Using survey methods and a comparison of budgeted hours I suggested solution to the problem performance of support department. I have come to conclusion that changing the current system of remuneration in particular section can improve worker efficiency and help the company to better overal performance and meet strategic objectives.
