Abstract

The topic of my thesis design marketing communication with regard to veterinary medicine. The aim of the thesis is to design marketing communication for MVDr. Lubomír Košťál´s veterinary ambulance in Ostrava in accordance with market research. The theoretical section explores the characteristics of the veterinary ambulance services and describes the theory of marketing communication in this service. The final section analyses the questionnaire survey results. My design of suitable communication tools and content of the communication for the veterinary ambulance is based on the previously mentioned analysis.
