Navržení klíčových ukazatelů hodnocení výkonnosti podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zhodnocení sledování a řízení výkonnosti konkrétní společnosti za účelem navržení klíčových ukazatelů hodnocení výkonnosti pro tuto společnost. Teoretická část je vztažena k výkladu o výkonnosti a přístupech k měření výkonnosti. Především objasňuje principy navrhování a implementování klíčových měřítek výkonnosti. V aplikační části je představena společnost, jejíž současný stav hodnocení výkonnosti je posuzován prostřednictvím analýz a metod uvedených v teoretické části. Shrnutí sumarizuje poznatky zjištěné z provedených analýz, na jejichž základě byla sepsána doporučení pro navržení nové struktury měřítek výkonnosti pro danou společnost prostřednictvím klíčových ukazatelů výkonnosti.

The thesis aims to evaluate the monitoring and performance management of a specific company in order to propose the key indicators for a performance assessing of this company. The theoretical part is related to the interpretation of performance and approaches to performance measurement. This part mainly explains the principles of proposing and implementing the key performance measures. The application part characterizes the company whose current state of performance assessment is evaluated through the analyses and the methods outlined in the teoretical part. Resume summarizes the findings identified from the analyses, on their basis there were written the recommendations for the proposing of new structure of performance measures for the company through key performance indicators.
