Pneumatický systém zařízení pro dávkování šroubů

Abstract

This thesis is focused on equipment design for screws and their control. During the completion of screws mounting tools is sometimes necessary into one pack dosage repeat several times. That’s the reason why the teoretical part deals with distribution of pneumatic counters and their application in circuit. My thesis also describes equipment for dosing screws which continues of own suggestion construction this equipment and also suggestion of control. In practical part this work is verified functions of the proposed circuit and control programs, where the program is created for two variants of solution in two programming languages. This work also enclosures technical drawings of pneumatic circuit and assembly drawings of proposed dosing device.
