Abstract

The Bachelor thesis deals with the construction design of the two-axle trailer. The introduction covers the distribution of all cargo trailers, which are minutely described as well. Further part of the thesis is devoted to legislative requirements related to trailers. The main part of the paper is aimed at the construction design – frame, axels, brakes, dampers and hydraulic cylinder. Furthermore the mounting of hydraulic cylinder is checked in the stress analysis and the maximum load and shifting are detected. The final part is related to verification of the main functional construction assemblies – stubs, welds and hydraulic cylinder.
