Abstract

The aim of this work is the method of analysis and comparison approach the management of human resources for individual years from 2005 - 2010, their position and role they play in the Institute of Social Welfare in Hrabyně. There is a charted course of activities related to ensuring the organization's staff and management in relation to the status of the personnel department and its importance.
