Úloha podnikového vzdělávání v koncepci znalostního managementu

Abstract

This Bachelor’s thesis is focused on the role of company education in concept of knowledge management. The point of this Bachelor’s thesis is to learn present estate and attitudes in the area of further company education in Siemens s.r.o. company. This Bachelor’s thesis is divided into two main parts. In the first, the theoretical part, I am concerned with human resources, knowledge management, knowledges, specification and analysis of further education, planning and organizing in-company continuing training, training needs, costs and profitabilities of education and organization and company standards. The second part is concerned with company characteristics, and in this section I made analyses by means of half-standardised dialog focused on the effective company education. In the epilogue there are listed suggestions and advices which can be used for problematical parts.
