Technologický postup pro provádění konstrukce stropu bytového domu ve Frýdlantu nad Ostravicí

Abstract

Má bakalářská práce se zabýva zpracováním projektové dokumentace pro stavební povolení bytového domu. Bakalářská práce obsahuje technologický postup provádění stropní konstrukce systému POROTHERM MIAKO, harmonogram postupu prací a rozpočet pro etapu realizace stropní konstrukce. Bytový dům je nepodsklepený se třemi nadzemními podlažími a je zastřešen plochou střechou. Objekt je vyzděn z keramických tvárnic POROTHERM. Vyskledkem mé bakalářské práce je zpracovaný technologický postup podle technologických předpisů výrobce. Výstavba stropní konstrukce potrvá 48 dní a náklady na výstavbu stropu činí 721 978,87 Kč bez DPH.

My bachelor thesis deals with elaboration of project documentation for building permit of apartment house. The bachelor thesis contains the technological procedure of the ceiling construction of the POROTHERM MIAKO system, the schedule of work progress and the budget for the stage of the ceiling construction. The apartment building is without basement with three above-ground floors and is covered with a flat roof. The building is lined with ceramic blocks POROTHERM. The result of my bachelor thesis is the processed technological procedure according to the manufacturer's technological regulations. The construction of the ceiling construction will take 48 days and the cost of construction of the ceiling is CZK 721,978.87 without VAT.
