Racionalizace výrobně obchodního procesu ve strojírenském podniku

Abstract

Master thesis is aimed to build and improve the rationalisation of Production in business process in engineering company situated in Czech Republic. Rationalisation of process is considered like one of the presumption to be and become successful in market economy markets. Czech Republic belongs to important manufacturer of engineering production. Because of large rate of competition, produced a lot of many new technologies and technical progress is not easy to defend this position. All the exported goods have to be featured by big rate of production quality and being successful in market competition conditions. The way how to ensure this position in market is not only to come up with these conditions, but firstly we have to make production costs lower. This master thesis deals with problems and in particular captures devotes to solve business production problems, evaluates today´s state of things and affords alternative steps of rationalisation. The conception of thesis is structured in way to ensure future steps of rationalisation, too.
